| Heirloom Tomatoes
Farmers'
market, last Friday, had a nice selection of heirloom tomatoes, large and
small, so here they are at Saturday's dinner for thirteen. The big ones
are sliced quite thin with a sharp serrated knife and the cherry sized
are left whole. They're dressed with salt, chopped fresh basil, diced
fresh mozzarella cheese and a just a drizzle of
vinaigrette.
