Well, it’s all induction now (#1 bought last December, #2 last week. As reported earlier, these are commercial units by Breville/PolyScience, who call the unit “the Control Freak.” I thought about getting a 30-inch range insert for the kitchen but found only one range with ‘Control Freak’ features, and that is by Wolf for $8200! And with that, you get the same-o-same-o oven with a nice induction top.
I hate electric but with these, I don’t even miss gas. After a year’s experience, I’m close to preferring induction.
